'Spotted Beauty' was created as a quiet celebration of elegance and instinct. Leopards have always fascinated me for the way they move between shadow and sunlight — never announcing their presence, yet impossible to ignore. In this piece, I wanted to capture that duality: a creature both soft and powerful, luminous yet fierce.
The gold-leaf background reflects the leopard’s innate regality, wrapping the portrait in a warm, radiant glow that changes with the light. Those shifting tones mirror the animal itself — elusive, ever-changing, impossible to define in a single moment.
Her gaze was the most important part for me. I painted it to feel calm, steady, and knowing — a quiet strength that doesn’t seek attention, yet naturally draws the eye.
This artwork is a tribute to understated power, natural luxury, and the rare beauty that reveals itself when you pause long enough to truly see.
