Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide using trusted international couriers. Your artwork will be delivered safely to the address you provide at checkout.
What materials do you use for prints?

All limited-edition prints are giclée printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Matte Fine Art Paper, known for its museum-grade quality, archival longevity, and resistance to glare and fingerprints.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated individually for each artwork based on your location, as well as the size, weight, and packing requirements of the piece.
The final shipping fee will be included on your invoice after your Artwork Enquiry Form is reviewed.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity ?

Yes. Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Your COA will detail the artwork’s title, dimensions, medium, creation year, and unique catalogue number, along with my signature for verification.
When will I receive the artwork?

Once your payment is confirmed, your artwork enters its packing and preparation phase.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the artwork’s size:
-
Small/medium artworks: typically dispatched within 5–7 business days
-
Large artworks requiring custom crates: dispatched within 10–14 business days
You will receive the tracking details as soon as the piece is on its way to you.
Are originals available to the public?

No. Originals from Echoes of the Wild and the Luxury Gold Series are available exclusively to approved collectors through private access only.
Do you offer framing?

Yes. Bespoke, museum-grade framing is available upon request at the time of purchase.
Once your acquisition is confirmed, you may choose from a curated selection of conservation-grade frames, including archival materials and UV-protective glazing.
Framing is an optional service and will be added to your invoice if selected.
Which currencies do you accept?
I accommodate payments in all major global currencies.
As each acquisition is handled personally, collectors may submit an Artwork Enquiry Form to register their interest. Following this, I will provide the confirmed artwork value in your preferred currency and arrange a seamless, secure transaction via bank transfer or Skydo, tailored to your location.
How are prints packaged?

Prints are shipped in sturdy protective tubes with acid-free wrapping. Each print comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Do I need to pay import duties or customs?

Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the collector and vary by country.
For customs documentation, each artwork is valued at its full invoice amount to ensure transparent and compliant import processing.
Can I cancel or return the artwork?

Due to the nature of original fine art, all sales are final.
Cancellations or returns are not accepted once payment has been completed.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can assist with an insurance claim.
How do private collection releases work?

Access to my wildlife collections is granted only through private invitations.
Once approved, you will receive a password-protected link to view and acquire artworks before they are released to the public or held for the next private release.
Can I reserve an artwork?

Reservations are offered only during private launches and on a first-come, first-served basis. Approved collectors receive early access before anyone else.
Are these the last wildlife artworks you’ll ever release?

Yes. Echoes of the Wild and the Luxury Gold Series are my last wildlife collections.
After these releases, I will be transitioning fully into a new artistic direction, and no further wildlife works will be created.
This makes each piece in these collections a finite, legacy chapter of my artistic journey — once the originals are acquired, they will never be recreated or re-released.
